certegy is collecting on an ach that was refused from my bank, does anyone know what they are like to deal with, I am going to call them today, they told me in january that I had 120 days to pay the account. That will be coming up shortly, I will have it about a week after. Just wanted to get some advice before I pick up the phone and call.

Well, called them, they said they will just turn it back over to the original creditor for other collection efforts. I will have enough to pay them, just will have to skimp for a week or two.

I have it at home, they will just tell you to send them a letter requesting your status or info, they wouldn't tell me anything over the phone. :x
