I joined DTS financial in 2005 and they have taken care of one of my credit cards, but now I am getting a "notice of arbitration" from Mann Bracken and they are wanting to settle for 70 and 75% of my balance on two different cards. DTS isn't allowed to give out advice and I can't afford an attorney to figure this out for me. SO does anyone have some advice for me??

Don, I guess Mann Bracken sent a notice of arbitration because they have not been receiving the payments towards your accounts. Are these accounts included in the plan with DTS Financial or are you working on them separately.

You need to respond to the proposal from Mann Bracken and keep yourself outside their legal actions.
