anyone ever dealt with Professional credit collections agency out of jenks oklahoma? theyu told other day if i didn't send in a payment that my account would go to the legal department and i made a verbal agreement to make a payment. so if send in them 20 $ do you think they will send my account to the legal department.

First off, are you sure that this is your debt, and that they are legally collection on it? They need to be sent a debt validation letter, first off.
How much do you owe them? Chances are they're blowing smoke anyway and trying to scare you into paying.
Here's what I would do..
Send them a $20 with a letter stating that you would like to set up payment arrangements of (whatever amount you can afford) per month. Sending the $20 is what some call a "good faith" payment. And then, most importantly, stick with it. Don't send payment this month, and then not next month.
