got terribly sick in may and didn't work at all. i need to pay mortgage and payday loans are being pulled out with as many as 8 "little" payments instead of one, and at one point they came out the day before i got paid and those "little" payments, (one was for 2.00) each got an NSF of 20.00 adding up to 500.00, so then my paycheck went to cover THAT. i am now working at least 35 hours of overtime each week to catch up. BUT i need to know that it will not happen again next time i get paid, and i have trouble reaching anyone in the few hours i am home. i can do this online, but can't sit by the home telephone. is there any consolidation for me at least for the payday loans and can the fees be eliminated. they are getting rich off of me i am sure. thank you for any help you can give me.

Tafsshop13, I am sorry to hear about your situation. If you do not want the lenders to debit from your bank accounts, close it and open a new one. If this is not the option for you, get the transaction code of the company blocked. This way, the company cannot debit using different amounts.

Once this is done, call your lenders and fix up your payment plans. Use money gram or cashier's check to send the payments.
