Dealing with Collection Agencies

I had my homeowners ins thru GPC, at it's renewal time I purchased other ins & they were notified by fax. They didn't cancel the policy on time and are now trying to make me pay additional fee's for canceling it. I have notified them of this in writing several times. I have ask that they explain the charges, which todate I have not received. But they show me late because of this ins chg and continue to call harrassing me. What can I do if they won't send me an explanation of the charges (which I don't believe I owe) and they won't stop billing me for it?


Green Point Credit is who the loan/billing is through. I've talked to the so called manager of the Collections & Customer Service department til I'm blue in the face. They either can't or won't explain how they came by the charges. I don't know who to contact above them, they tell me there isn't anybody else I can talk to.
