YAY!! You should change your bank account and open a new one with some other bank. That way, your personal info will be safe from the lenders. Review your bank statements and find out how much you have paid on this one. Check your state laws also so that you have a strong voice in front of the lender.

What state are you in? It sounds like this loan has been paid off and then some. First, file a complaint with your AG's office. Block this company from accessing your account or just open a new one (probably best thing to do). Then use the pdl settlement letter on this site, stating your state's pdl laws, demand that they mark your account paid in full, and add that you have filed a complaint with your AGs office regarding this matter. You will get threatening phones calls stating you are being charged with fraud and going to be arrested, just laugh them off, that is such a lie and a big joke, not to mention an illegal threat.

Ayana
I am thinking it the other way. As so much of money has been withdrawn from your account, I am just wondering if you can send one letter giving it the most legal importance and claim for a refund. Before you do this, be well versed with your state laws. Go, get them. Is it possible for you?
You do need to get another account or they will just keep taking
You do need to get another account or they will just keep taking from your current account. And in your letter I think there is a section where you can demand a refund for your overpayment due to illegal interest/roll over charges. I will post the link to the settlement letter.
