Hello,

I been paying off a loan for so long I swear that I must have paid a $300 loan atleast 8 times yeah thats alot of money. Every time I called and ask the to take the amount out that they never do. I think about closing my accoount just so that they could stop renewing my account. $90 what should I do?? Any advice would help.

Thanks ayana-

What state are you in? It sounds like this loan has been paid off and then some. First, file a complaint with your AG's office. Block this company from accessing your account or just open a new one (probably best thing to do). Then use the pdl settlement letter on this site, stating your state's pdl laws, demand that they mark your account paid in full, and add that you have filed a complaint with your AGs office regarding this matter. You will get threatening phones calls stating you are being charged with fraud and going to be arrested, just laugh them off, that is such a lie and a big joke, not to mention an illegal threat.

I am thinking it the other way. As so much of money has been withdrawn from your account, I am just wondering if you can send one letter giving it the most legal importance and claim for a refund. Before you do this, be well versed with your state laws. Go, get them. Is it possible for you?
