i'm trying to reacvtivate my star account by paying my past balance that is due-but my card # is invalid-can you help me?
Talk to the concerned people first
Different Companies have different policies, in most cases they will reactive the account but you will have to talk to the concerned person.
If they ask for some late charges negotiate and offer a lump sum.
