got scammed by lawyer of Ellis Crosby

I received a phone call this morning from a "layer" telling me that I was going to picked up a 2:00pm and arrested for fraud on my e-pay loan. He would not hear what I had to say. It was either get $515 to E-pay via money gram or go to jail. I was so scared, I borrowed the money and paid it. Later I called the police and looked up the name Ellis Crosby, which was on my money gram receipt. It was then I started reading all the scams. And the police told me that no one would call you and tell you the police where coming. They would just come without advising you if you were being arrested. But the guy Rowe and Ellis Crosby are not lawyers and they SHOULD NOT BE TELLING PEOPLE THAT THEY ARE AND THREATING WITH POLICE COMING.
They're just a low life debt consolidate company that should be put out of business because of their lying tactics. They put me through emotional and financial hell today. Any response would be appreciated. Thanks

Welcome to the forums. Please do not stress yourself as there have been reports of sufferings all over that have been caused by Ellis Crosby. Nowadays, many people are complaining about their fierce action and complaints have piled against them at the FTC.
During this period when their membership is revoked, they are not supposed to collect any debt from the consumers. If you have sent money to them, try to get it credited back to you through legal claim.
You can take the help of your attorney and file a case against them in the local court. The company has to compensate with all the damages that you have suffered.

i also was told that i was going to FEDERAL PRISON. i am currently working with my attorney to get these people. of course when he actually calls back to see if you wired the money overnight, he denied everything that he had earlier said about him being a FBI agent and that the police were coming ot get me and that i had a warrant out for my arrest for federal fraud. what do these people think they are doing. we should all file a class action suit against them. My local news stations already know about these guys and they are going to do a story on them to make it very public. please reply to talk abou this. thanks, shauna

Welcome to the forums. I appreciate that you didn't get carried away by the atrocious calls of Ellis Crosby. These people are continuously involving in horrendous activities and desperately need legal action.
You will find many other offensive actions committed by Ellis Crosby in this entire forum. As many people will be reading your post, it will be kind of you if you can offer your moral support to the innocent people.
We are just hoping to hear some positive news from BBB and FTC about the end of such malicious activities.

We ought to make a list of all the outlandish threats that company has made...just so we can look back on it and LAUGH. Some of their threats are just RIDICULOUS! Like when they told me they were going to have my house taken away....well, I'm happy to say it's still on it's foundation!!
