How can I get to my Sears Gold CitiBank credit account so I can make on line payments and see what charges have been added.

You should contact the Citibank credit card division or the Customer Care department of Citibank. They will be in a better position to help you. Please contact them immediately as if you delay they will continue charging interest charges and other penal charges if any.
