I previously had a consolidation program that I encountered problems with and they have now cancelled. Can I get a new consolidation program elsewhere?

Hi Ginny Russell,

Welcome to forums.

Different debt consolidation companies have their rules of canceling an existing program, however, normally if a consumer likes to quit he/she should have a written deal with the company to cancel the process.

Once the cancellation is confirmed the consumer can choose the way how he/she will pay the bills.

As your previous contract is cancelled, you can definitely go for a new consolidation program. It will be an added safety if you have anything written for the withdrawal of the previous one.

Regards
Bryan
