Welcome to the forums. I gather from your post that one of your accounts is reported twice in your credit report. If that is the case, then you can confirm by pulling the credit reports from the other two credit bureaus.

I am sure that this entry will get rectified after you dispute with the credit bureau highlighting the portion of your account. Please send your letter of dispute through certified mail with return receipt requested with all the necessary copies supporting your claim.

They will conduct an investigation and notify you about the change within 30 days. If the changes are made in your credit report, they will issue a new copy of your credit report absolutely free of cost.
