I am attempting to send collection agencies an offer for settlement, however, they refuse to release their address or work with me unless I furnish my personal information i.e account or referance numbers.
I do not wish to communicate with them verbally how do I get past the road block.

Bell,

I would try to get hooked up with a debt settlment company through this website. It is so much easier and worth a few bucks to put it in the hands of someone else. The DCC website can definitely help you with that.

Even I have also used the services of this site and I have not faced any difficulties as such when I hear from others while dealing with their debt consolidators.

The consultants working with debt consolidation Care are very professional and well mannered and they have really understood my times of crisis.

Now, I am at the final stage of my program and anticipate a better picture of my credit report through this debt consolidation company.
