I had a payday loan out and they told me the same thing that there telling everyone else. I paid 1000.00 and I still haven't got anything from them. So I called the Distrit Attorney Office he told me not to pay them anymore money and to get a lawyer so that's what I did. :twisted:

Sagarcia - Did you keep all the receipts of your payments made in safe place? I guess this is a very vital proof of your payments made to them.
Also, just in case you want to know the latest standing of your credit file, pull your credit report from the three bureaus and get updated about all your accounts.
