Welcome to the forums. You need to immediately report the customer care cell of your credit card company and report the loss of your card. The authorities will immediately deactivate your credit card to avoid any misuse of it.

However, you will have to complete your payments in that card account so that it is reported as paid in full to the credit bureaus. Defaults in your payments will result in derogatory remark and will be shown in your credit profile.

Please take preventive steps to retain your credit worthiness.
