I signed up a week ago and still have not heard from anyone. I called the customer care line and she told me that someone would get in touch with me within 48 hours. But I still haven't heard from anyone. Has anyone else had any problem like this?


I have heard about these types of problems earlier also. I will like to comment something over here. It is not the problem faced with this website only. There are many other companies who also have to go through such kind of situations.

The process in this website is that when the contact information is entered in the sign up page, it is sent to the debt consolidation company operating in your locality as this company has partners all over the US.

Now, the consultant from that debt consolidation company is responsible to get in touch with the registered user. He usually gets the needful done within a shortest span of time but sometimes, delays occur due to the number of application forms and other related works.

I feel that there is nothing to worry about this thing because Debt Consolidation Care has done the responsible work of sending your information to the company operating in your area. Considering the consultant's busy schedule, we might hope to be patient for some more time. Trust me, there is nothing to tense on these kinds of situations.

These types of problems can be faced by anybody and at any point of time.
