Payday Loans

I took out some payday loans over the internet & was unable to pay them back in full. I received a call August 8, 2005 from Ellis Crosby & Assoicates and they made some pretty scary threats. Can you help negotiate payment arrangements for these outstanding debts so I can repay & have a clear conscience without legal ramifications and charges against me which might lead to a criminal record?

Definitely take a look at all the threads posted on Ellis and Crosby---they're in pretty deep water.
Nothing will lead to a criminal record, so please don't worry. The best way to pay the loans back (don't pay Ellis and Crosby a PENNY!) is to do it through debt consolidation (see this webpage for more on that) or through a lawyer. Only pay back what you originally owe...not what Ellis claims.
