WE JUST DID A PAID REPOSSESSION ON OUR ATV. WHAT IS THE LEGAL DEFINITION OF A PAID REPOSSESSION AND HOW DOES IT AFFECT OUR CREDIT RATING.

Welcome to forums. The definition of the term Repossession is ??? Forced or voluntary surrender of merchandise on failure to pay installment dues. If an account is marked as Paid Repossession in the credit report, it means the paid account was a repossession.
