After you have paid all your debts, the accounts will be shown as "Paid in Full" and you will have your credit worthiness enhanced in front of your creditors.
The creditors will see that you have cleared all your debts through the debt consolidation program. Thus, you will have a new credit rating in front of your creditors.
I myself used the services of the debt consolidation program to solve my debt related problems and see that my credit report taking good shape after the accounts are getting paid off. My credit never got hurt and my credit score also increased significantly.
