Can I consolidate 3 out of 4 credit cards

If I have 4 credit cards, but only want to consalidate 3 cards, can I do this? If I have a credit card with a zero balance will I still be able to use it after I had consolidated the other credit cards?

Welcome to the debt consolidation care forums. You can include any number of accounts of your choice in the debt consolidation program.
You will be able to use the cards outside the debt consolidation program for emergency purposes in the future. Those accounts that have been included in the debt consolidation program will be frozen or closed so that you don't build additional debt on it. Once your payments are complete in those accounts, your credit report will be showing them as "Paid in Full" and you will be again able to use them in the future.
