I am already a client of CrediCure Services. I would like the web site address so I can sign up to see when my pymts. are being made. I have been very satisfied so far with the assistance with the exception of one third party companys. they are still calling and want more money. According to the people I have spoke with at CrediCure this third party company has accepted what I can afford at the present time. I can afford no more. So I would like to keep track of what is going on and when pymt. is recieved by my debtors. I was given the web site but I must have wrote it down wrong because it is not coming up. Thank You

I just found out credicure has changed address and phone numbers .. well here's my question has anyone ever gotten through the phone numbers. I keep getting answering machines. And i'm kind of upset since no one ever told me of the changes and my credit card haven't been paid yet and they are due .. and it's the reason people go to credit councelor is to repair their credit and get out of debt. Doesn't help when they don't do their job .. anyways i just wanted to know if anyone has gotten a hlld of them and what number did they use .. thanks Shannon

smiley,

Try any of the following numbers and see if you can get someone from Credicure

(202) 422-4506
(301) 918-4041
(304) 725-4782
(888) 434-5252

Credicure has a very unsatisfactory record in the BBB and several complaints are already filed against them at the local AG's office. It is better if you also place the complaint at the local AG's office. They will review your complaint and take necessary actions.

I had many problems in dec as well I tried to fax info to the at the 800-564-5310 and send emails to info(at)credicure.org and it took them over a month to get in contact with me. I have since stopped using them and want my initial deposit back from usa debt management or it is called ACH. Did anyone encounter the same problems in DEC?

Credicure clients must now contact thier law firm directly @ 1-877-895-1607. You can e-mail them at info(at)rabrennanlaw.com. I can't get a hold of them either, but I can tell you how! Tell your bank not to accept any debits from Credicure, and they will call you as soon as they get the word from the bank that you don't want to pay them. Does anyone else think they are being scammed?

We consolidated our debts in July and since then 3 accounts that we have have been turned over to collection agencies for no payment on the account. I've tried numerous times to get in touch with someone. I've left messages, wrote emails, and to this day I have had no response.

Yes, I have been having a lot of problems with these guys. I had the CEO Jeff Formulak of Creditcure call me this morning and shout at me for 5 minutes about how I had to earn respect, that I didnt just get it for free. Im not sure what he means by that, but I just wanted my $1500 back-or some of it! They refuse. I also had the office manager Michael Tenny call and yell at me-so unprofessional. I guess they are really upset with me because I told them about this site and how others feel cheated by them and I complained to the Maryland Bar association about Richard A. Brennan who is an affiliate of Creditcure. You know I understand that a debt settlement takes time-its not a miracle, but these guys didnt do anything but take my money for six months. And now I am being treated very badly, now that I want my money back, and now that I am spreading the word. I recommend that if you have signed up with Richard A. Brennan, do some investigating-there is a report on this site about creditcure who as I said Brennan is associated with Creditcure, Its from the BBB-a lot of complaints. So be careful. All Im trying to do is warn people-dont lose your money like I did!!

Leah,

CrediCure is a settlement program isn't it...being in the program does not necessarily prevent companies from moving forward with collection efforts. Accounts may still get turned over to collections, now you need to give the collection agencies the phone number to the law office and they will start working with them.

I do not have a settlement account with CrediCure. My account is a consolidation account. That may be all the difference. Settlements are probably trickier, since they are asking the creditor to take a settlement that is alot less than the actual debt amount.

I have nothing but good things to say about CrediCure.

Toni, I do have a consolidation account. We've told our creditors that we've consolidated and they told us that they needed a letter of consolidation. How the hell can I get a letter if I can't talk to someone, or leave a message (because the mailbox is full) to get this information? I check my statements and one of my creditors were being paid, then all of a sudden they stopped receiving payments. I am so upset with this company and the BS that I have to deal with. Apparently customer service is not a priority to them.

Whenever I call I call the Law Offices of Richard A Brennan, I end up talking to a man with the name of Richard Wallberg. He is so kind and helpful. I have never had a bad experience with CrediCure. Even prior to them being CrediCure I was pleased with USA debt managment. I consolidated a total of 6 cards - one year ago, and currently I have 3 left, two of which have balances less then $350. So I guess we will see, so far I have no complaints.

My payments have been being made by credicure, however in the past few months I am feeling like there is something not right. Every single time i've called them I can't get a hold of anyone. Their name has changed several times since i've been enrolled in their program, as well as thier phone #'s and address. It makes me extremely uncomfortable that they have all of my personal financial information. I think i'm going to contact the BBB to see if there is something going on.. Anyone else find this fishy? they dont' even have a website up and running, they've been telling me for 6 months it's being "worked on" and should be up anytime now....

and now they have increased my interest from 8% to 24% and a 35.00 late fee every month! I have left over 30
messages and dozens of emails-no one returns my calls!

My husband and I signed up with creditcure back in December 2005 and every month I have paid the amount promptly and it was all automatic withdral from my account. We didn't really noticed it as we stupidly trusted them. Then in June I started to call them and it turned out that it has been changed into Richard A Brennan office and we left message so many many times and asked them to call and we have never received any respondence from them. Even if I did talked to real person, it was just an operator (rude) and asked me the name and phone number in case it got disconnected (now you think why they have this assumption about "disconnected" ???). I was on hold for 1 hour and I hung up. I even left a messages and let them know that I will report them to BBB, attoney of general, etc, and hoped they will contact me, BUT none even bother to contact me. I wish that I can talk to real person. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND everyone in this forum that has been scammed with Creditcure to immediately contact Attorney of General in Maryland, State Bar Association and BBB and also FTC (Federal Trade Commision) and claim this issue. THEY WILL DO THE INVESTIGATION IF THEY GET ENOUGH PEOPLE TO CLAIM !! Please help one to another !!

I don't have Credicure's contact info, but The Law Office of Richard Brennan rabrennan.com is handling Credicure's accounts. There is another thread under his name (go figure!) I came across his contact info at this website while searching for Credicure contact information.

I just wanted to thank everyone for taking time to share their stories here. Over the past few days, I tried to get a hold of Brennan's office regarding missing payments to my creditor. I pleaded with them to contact me, or to make the payment, because my creditor (who was very nice) told me that they would have send my account to a collector if they didn't receive payment by aug 31st. Brennan never called me back, so I went ahead and put a stop payment, through my bank, on my automatic debit account with the Brennan's office, and went online to my creditor's site and set up EZ payments on my own. Now, at least, the payments will be made in a timely fashion. Thanks again, everyone.

My story is identical. I have such a hard time speaking to anyone. When I did they assured me the payment would be made by the 31st... They have one day... I doubt it's going to happen. I am planning on doing a stop payment tomorrow... I will not let them have one more cent... I plan on just paying the creditors myself... but they still have my initial deposit of $650 and August payment of the same... I really don't want to lose $1300.. but how the heck do you get anywhere with them... Anyone know how to actually get a hold of anyone. Do you have a phone number. When I try it keeps rolling over to same message over and over....

This is TOTALLY a SCAM! I consolidated all my debt and now, 6 months later, I find that I owe an extra $200 on all my cards! Nothing has been paid on my account for almost 4 months!

I had a contract with USA debt management, turned over to Credicure. I received a letter, after several emails and phone calls, that Credicure was closed, but Brennan was making the payments. Sure, two lost and one returned for insuffiecent funds. I contacted another debt management company and they said that they will take over if my contract is not still in effect with Brennan. (Watch out for cancel fees.) Maybe I'm wrong, but since Credicure is no longer wouldn't our contracts be void? Anyone have an answer?

After reading many of your statements i broke down in tears because i was using the same company as you. after searching around a lot on the internet i found the lawyer that is now handling all of our debt consolidation. i also found a letter that was written on behalf of the law firm in reponse to Credicure and USA debt management.

the letter....
complaints.com/directory/2006/june/21/41.htm

the office for you to call.....
rabrennanlaw.com/

I called and spoke with someone there today about my account. they said the reason my cards havent been paid is because they are waiting on a response from me if i want them to continue my consolidation with them or if i would like to switch to another company. give them a call and talk to them. good luck everyone and i hope this helps.

I was a USA Debt Managmetn and then a Credicure client. I was never notified of changes in Dec 2005 and R A Brennan's office taking over their clients. I had given them $1038 upfront which I was told and in contract that it would be used as a last payment on my debt consolidation plan. I tracked Brennan down in March - it took me a month to do so - he had little information and seemed totally incompetent. Since then, I check periodically and they are not good about sending monthly amounts on time. I started getting letters from my creditors and I finally got a call from Brennan's offce on 9/15 which I returned and didn't get a call back. Supposedly I received letters in July, August and September about options and changes. I received nothing. I had given them my correct information in March. Now, I was never notified of changes and my money was taken out of my account for August, but never paid to my creditors. I got useless information from the office and when I tracked Brennan down again, I got the same story. DO I HAVE ANY RECOURSE?? Is there a class action suit here?

I have been scammed too! I just found this out today. I had signed up with Credicure April 2005- they have been automatically withdrawing $220 from my checking each month. My statements come in and say there are late fees but there is still somthing being paid- I brought this up to "Heather" at Credicure AKA United Christian Financial and she told me it was ok and being handled (very reassuring, perfect saleswoman)- Come to find out, over the past year and a half Credicure has taken over $3000 from my bank and only used approx $650 to pay my creditors- I am now out $2350 and want to take legal action against them- but not even sure where to begin. Has anyone filed a Class Action suit? Problem also is that when all is said and done with legal fees etc, I will be out way more then my $2350- any advice?

USA Debt Mgmt, Creditcure, the Law Offices of R. A. Brennan have ruined my husband and my credit. We've been paying them since May 2005 and only one debt is lower than it was when we started. It's horrible! If you are interested in getting together with my husband and I "The more the better" we'd like to file a class action suit, please email me at email address removed as per forum rules - Mike

Consumer beware, they took my money and did not pay my creditors and no one will give me proof of payments made or a copy of my contract. I never signed a contract with the Law offices of R.A. Brennan and it is illegal for them to withdrawl money from your account without your permission. You'll never get ahold of anyone. Report them to the Attorney General in Maryland and in your state, report them to the State Bar Association, the BBB and the FTC. There are to many of us to be ignored. If you're like me and feel totaly taken advantage of, ripped off and ready for the law to be upheld. Email me at email address removed as per forum rules - Mike

So I figured they were scamming after a few short months. Question is what is the best action, as far as your bank account is concerned? Do you close it? Stop payments, What?
