Hi I just have about 7 payday loans to payoff, no other debt but they are hounding me, how do I pay this can yo help me?

Marian, I consolidated my payday loans with this company and they are negotiated with my creditors at the best and are still on the process. Hopefully, I will get this solved very soon.

You can also enter for a free counseling in this website and know your available options. I am sure it will be helpful.

You can try BHR & Associates. I was told that they can only help you if your loans have been turned over to a collection agency.

Contacted me on today and they do not consolidate payday loans. They have to be turned over to collections. I don't have the toll free number but this is the number to the person that I talked with. The number is (704) 573-9447. She was really nice after I told her that I needed help with payday loans. She stated that they had companies that could give me a loan whereas I could pay off all the loans and pay them back. I told her I would call her on Monday to let her know whether I would be interested in that offer. However, have you tried contacted the payday loan companies and discussing with them other payment options. I have 10 and I negotiated a monthly payment with them. I pay 50/60 dollars on them each month until I get them paid in full. Surprisingly, they worked with me on the loans. The finance charges stopped and I don't get anymore calls at home nor work. If you contact them first they most likely will work with you. Although some may try to threaten you don't let it get you down they are only trying to intimidate you. If you have to change your account number so that they won't overdraw it do that or put a stop payment order on your account for all ACH transactions. After that they will consider working with you when they can't go into your account anymore. Don't be alarmed just try it. It worked for me. Remember this too will pass. It will be all paid off soon if you continue making your arranged payments. Hope this helps. Best wishes!

Ch, you can pay the loans yourself only if you try to maintain a tough budgeting in your lifestyle. Reducing the expenses and contributing the money saved to your creditors will help in lowering the total amount of debt you have.

Leaving the dues unattended will keep on adding with financial charges, revolving fees, late fees and so on.. Try to contribute the maximum amount that you can save at the best each month. Make an effort..I hope you will be able to do it.
