payday loans from Ellis Crosby & Plaza Processing, etc

My daughter got 2 payday loans from 2 different sites or so she thought. Ellis Crosby started calling her (and they were not one of the 2 companies) and threatened her with police hauling her off to jail, etc. She has no validating paperwork. Now some other people are calling and saying she has 3 more loans which she swears is NOT true. How do we get this straightened out?! She did get the money the first times and is willing to pay it back but does not know to whom it should be paid!


The first thing that you can do from your side is to pull your latest credit report from all the three bureaus and verify the said account. You will be able to gather information about the collection agency that you need to pay and then make your further moves.

After you have compared all the reports, you can contact the collection agency that is holding your accounts and arrange a payment plan.

ok MR Sunny Paterson called me cause I closed my account I paid them off, they kept debting my accounts. now I get this call saying I am going to jail, I commited fruad, theft by conversion, gave tenative case # . a phone number and as of 3pm cops will be serving me with hand cuffs is this true?
