Please do not let Ace America loans steal your money. They tell you to send in a money order for a gurantor fee. then you loan will be sent bu 2 day UPS mail. This is a scam. They got me, but I vow to expose them every chance I get. They lending company uses the same address. There document collection center is a UPS store mail box. I called and talked with the manager. I also saw that many other peeople have been scammed by them. Them will only answer your emails until you send the money. Don't mees with these theives.

I am sorry to hear that you have been scammed by this. It is popping up everywhere now. These people are relentless and they prey on the hardworkers. They know the type of credit that many of us have and they try to get us to believe if we send the money we will be approved for a loan.

Just a reminder to everyone out there, legitimate lenders usually do not require advance fees for their services. If you find it hard to get a loan with your credit, then chances are the company that is claiming to approve you is a scam. Especially if they want money upfront.

They will tell you that it is either for a security deposit or for a processing fee. They will even say that it is advance payments on the loans or for insurance for the loans. These companies are popping up all over the place. Be careful who you give information to and whom you do business with.

They will tell you everything that you want to hear. The best bet is to work with licensed lenders and research them. I hope by others seeing your posting that they will not fall victim to this type of scam!!!

Hi abril04

Have you sent the money to Ace America recently? I advised someone about this to contact the money order office and stop the money from getting transferred if you have sent within a couple of days.

Also, you should file your complaints at the FTC, BBB and the consumer protection office in your state so that immediate actions are possible.

I have just been scammed, as well. I made copies of all my paperwork and emails with this company and needed the extra money as a loan for school. I am so sick and tired of the deceipt that occurs online. I would love to do anything to make sure a company like this will pay back all the money they have stolen from innocent people.

The good thing about it is that you have now become more cautious and will be doing a proper research before making any financial decisions.

Donna, I am so sorry that you found this site after sending your money. If you had found this site earlier, you would not have sent your money to the scammers.

Now that you are also a victim of Ace America, file your complaints to the attorney general office in your state, FTC and the BBB.

The government bureaus will be able to take some actions against the scammers only after they have received enormous mails from the consumers.

I hope that you recover from this situation soon and see them undergoing legal actions.

Deboez, I am sorry to hear that you have been scammed by Ace America. You should also file your complaint at the attorney general office in your state and the FTC so that such illegal companies are shut down as soon as possible.

You should not send any money upfront to a company before receiving the loan. Most of the companies ask it in the form of insurance to be paid in advance. Be careful while dealing with such companies.

I too was scammed by this company. I was so vulnerable believing someone could actually help me and I sent in the paperwork and the money order and that was it, gone. I thought I did as much checking as I could but obviously they has me hoodwinked. I really wish I could get my money back as everyone else does but that is long gone $260 down the drain on someone like me on disability. UGH!!!

Hi kwda44

Take the help of an attorney and you are in the perfect situation of filing a case against ACE America. Someone from the company will be asked to appear in the court. If they fail to show their appearance, you win the case by default. You will recover up to the extent of damages.
