Did you ever sign any kind of agreement earlier with the payday loan company authorizing to make the debits?

If not, then you can consult your lawyer. You can file a case against them and hopefully get your money back.

I suggest you to read the agreement deed once again very careful

I suggest you to read the agreement deed once again very carefully. Some of the risky factors are not prominently highlighted. Once you dispute with them, these companies show some points in your deed which went out of your notice.

So, read the agreement very carefully and if you don't find any such point, consult your attorney.
