considering consolidation
Date: Mon, 09/05/2005 - 08:46
I'm new here and considering debt consolidation. I have mostly medical bills, utility bills and collection agancies looking for money from me. I seperated from my husband and was left trying to pay rent that was more than the income I had coming in.
I only have a few credit card accounts but I kept them current because I knew I's need these accounts. Do these credit card accounts have to be included in debt consolidation plans or can I continue to pay them directly? Anyone know of a debt consolisdation company willing to take an account with less than $5000 of debt?
However I'm also in a situation where I will need financing to get a car to get working or training NOW. I have three kids, two disabled, and there's no public transportation in my city at all.
Any suggestions welcome

Hi
Welcome to the forums. I prey to God that you recuperate from this present situation and live a very happy and peaceful life ahead.
In the consolidation program, you can put any number of accounts as per your wish to make your repayment process easier. The consolidation program will reduce all the financial charges and the late fees that have built on the total amount of your debt.
The consultant will call you up and work whole-heartedly to erase the total amount of your debt within a quick period of time.

Re: considering consolidation
Hi Roxette:
Although I don't have much to pay back my bills. I know that I need my credit. I'm motivated to do anything I can to keep new collection accounts from appearing on my credit report.
Thanks for the supportive words. It means a lot.
Thanks!

Yes, if you have the determination to clean up your credit file, you can assume that half of the job is done and the rest half will be done by your regular minimum payments through the consolidation program.
