Can my bank hold or take my money from my checking account if I don't pay there credit debt with the same bank?

Hi Jaco

Welcome to the forums. Usually, there is one agreement letter signed by you before they can withdraw money from your account.

Unless you authorize them to take out money from your account, the bankers don't have the legal right to perform this action.

This

agreement letter
you talking about. Is it maybe a letter I signed when I opened my checking account?

This will be a business account, I want to negosiate my $60,000 debt with the same back that have a checking account. My average daily balance is about $ 25,000.

I also have excellent credit but my business monthly debt is now $ 2,000 per month and I just can't afford it no more. My business almost have no assets other than the cash in the banh.
