debt is already in collections

ok.. so i have alot of collections, services, credit cards, medical bills ect ect... Is "consolidation" like getting together everything i owe and then making one payment total??? An then slowly but surely everybody i owe will get paid off??? Thats what i want to do!! Only one bill/payment a month that will get split up through out all who i owe. So is that what this is like?? Or how does this work???

I took my consultation from the experts working in this company by registering myself at the link given below. I expect to become debt free within the next 2 years. Although I will have to budget my living style during this period but I will be debt free for sure.
