I have been sued by an attorney for Asset Acquisition for a debt. I have made two offers to the attorney to settle the debt but they refuse to accept them and tell me the only way it will be taken care of is in court. How do I know if they are acting in good faith and submitting my offers to Asset Acquisition?

Hi,
gone through your post. You can consult your attorney about this matter and folow his advice on this matter.
Also you can find out about this company in http://www.debtconsolidationcare.com/ranking-chart/ .
You can also see experience that other people might have had with this company in this section.
Dont worry,i am sure you will be able to solve this issue out of court.
Hope this helps

Hi Guest,

If you think that the matter has to reach to the court finally, then make sure that you have all the required papers ready at your end. The court decides on written documents as evidences rather than taking decisions on word of mouth.

Be stronger from your end
