Not dealt with them personally, but heard a lot that they consolidate payday loans. I guess no one has ever posted after taking their services.

I dealt with BHR and a lady by the name of Zoey Parkinson. Very nice lady and tons of help!!! SHe got one loan cut from 490 down to 130 and another from 600 down to 300. BHR has several reps across the country but if you would like Zoey's number sned me a pm and I will send it back to you. Like I said they were very helpful and saved me quite a bit of money...and you pay them no money up front. You only pay BHR if you agree to the settlement they arranged.

I was looking at BHRs website, and it says they receive 35% of your savings as payment, this seems a little high.Do you make monthly payments for the debts and the fee to BHR,or do they expect that upfront. They really dont explain very well how this works,it sounds like they want their 35% paid once they reach a settlement amount, which if you have 10k in debt and they settle 50%,you would owe them about 1800.00 dollars. Is this correct? If so,I dont think I can afford to settle my debt, because if I had an extra $1800,I would have no problem paying my bills myself. Is this how all of these debt programs work?

Each consolidation company has its own type of the program. Some of them charge an upfront fee and some take it in the monthly payments.
Whatever may be the type of the program, it should be put very clearly on the agreement deed before the consumer signs it. Otherwise, it will create hassles amidst the program.
