AIP

Thank you very much for your help.

Thank you for the info on AIP. My boyfriend wants to pay off his loan but could not find the info needed. Since he works nights I was trying to locate the info. Keep up the good work! Thanks again.

I am having a hard time trying to contact 2-power funding to repay a loan back. I don't remember asking for the loan and I can't find out how to pay them back and they are taking 90.00 every 2 weeks.

I contacted AIP to try to resolve my debt with them but they tell me they cannot accept a money order or money gram payment. It has to be electronically deducted from a checking or savings account. I have recently changed my account numbers and refuse to give that information out anymore so i told them I don't have an account any longer. What can I do if they refuse to accept another form of payment?

Anyone looking for a PDL be sure to stay away from:

B.I.G. 877-282-5450

Delaware Financial Services aka AIP 800-274-4159

Worldwide Cash 800-440-5869

These three compoanies, like many others, are the ones that will not let you pay down your loan...its loan fees or the total.....by the way their fees are higher then most others and their customer service is the PITS....

I am also trying to contact Paragon. I had my bank put a stop payment on the ACH they set up and am waiting for them to contact me now!

Bank of America is awesome about this stuff, they are even crediting the last 60 days worth of withdrawls from them back to me.

So, if I get any contact info for them I will post it on here.

Does anyone have addresses for USFastCash and B.I.G? I think B.I.G {(877)-282-5450} is the worst one for not having any address information available, they would not even tell me an address to send a payment in. Please help if possible, Thank you! Linda

It seems that the compaines that do not have a phoone number just wants to make more money off of the individual that borrows from them. I am going to change my account number at the bank and take my chances of filling bankruptcy. I thought about doing an on-line loan consolidation, however, I am not sure if they are on the up an up? Does anyone know about thest types of business.

We respect a consumer who researches the services to which he/she uses. With that being said when you applied for and agreed to the terms of the loan, it would have behooved you to read the complete contract you agreed to with Sandpoint Capital. You are a citizen of Florida, however the contract was not made in Florida. The contract was completed via the world wide web, the governing law (clearly outlined in your contract) which you agreed to by your legal e-signature is based in Charlestown, Nevis in the West Indies. When you spoke with Dominic on 10/2/09 at 2:31pm CST, he clearly outlined how the loan works and what the finance charges were, yet you still accepted the loan. Furthermore you called it was your second loan with our lender and you signed and faxed back the new loan documents.

We would be willing to settle the account for you and the lender will accept what has been paid as payment in full. Settling the account in this manner means that any furthre application for a loan will be denied, but the account now has a zero balance and has been marked as paid in full.
