I am inquiring about consolidating my credit card (some default) debt, along with my existing Federal Student Loans. I am getting many calls from various Collection Agency's, and would really like to take care of this problem. I am VERY willing to pay off my existing debt in an attempt to right my credit history. I got into too much debt while in college, and am now paying for it. I have heard from others that Bankruptcy is a viable alternative, but I would rather take care of my existing debt, rather than "erasing" it by filing bankruptcy. I have recently got a new job, which I am now earning a significant amount more money, than I was before, and feel that now is the best time to try to act to correct this. Please Help, any would be appreciated.

Hi ShawnT

Welcome to the forums. You can consolidate all your credit card debts and the student loans in the consolidation program with this company.

The consultant working in your program will take care of all the prevailing problems with your collection agencies and most certainly, you won't have any collection calls as long as you are paying your debt in easy monthly installments through the program.

Once your payments are completed with the collection agencies, your accounts will be updated with the credit bureaus and you will be able to maintain your credit worthiness. The full payment of your accounts will also help you in increasing the credit scores.

You can take a free counseling in this website to get in touch with the consultant and have a broad discussion on it. He will be able to offer you better options to fight with your debt related problems.
