Read any good books lately?

I mostly read books and periodicals relating to finance. I keep myself updated through them.

Very good idea, Roxette! An excellent way to stay on top of new financial ideas and options!

I really love reading the Wall Street Journal. I hope to start my own business one day, so I try to learn from other business' mistakes and successes. Keeping an eye on the stock market can also be helpful...a good way to foretell finanacial stability or failure.

Me Talk Pretty One Day , by David Sedaris.Hes a very funny man,and a little humor goes a long way on those stressful days.

Money is just so interesting. This little green worthless piece of paper and cotton...it can make dreams come true or shatter you. It's amazing, ...

...money also drives people crazy and sometimes blesses the people... there are so many TV serials changing fortunes of people. ""Who wants to be a Millionaire!!""

Aahh..Let's come back to the topic.. Anyone else reading some interesting book? Isn't there any Harry Potter fan here?

Ah, i heard that's an EXCELLENT book and so interesting! Let me know what you think of it! I think I might purchase that one.

I reed this book called sista soulja the hottest summer and it was pretty good if any gets a chance they should read it sometime and also there was a book I reed too called hot case that one will blow you out of your mind its one of those books that will have you guessing to the very end if you like suspense that is one book that youshould get... :P

I visited my cousin's place and saw the latest edition of Harry Potter in his study table. I went through some of the pages and felt why youngsters get fascinated to it. Great work..

A REALLY GOOD BOOK is called "Lovely Bones". It is narrated by a little girl that has died already...she was murdered and she basically tells the story while looking down at her family. It is pretty amazing and not hard to read. I suggest everyone read it.

You definately should. I always recommend that book to anyone who asks. My copy is actually being borrowed right now by someone at work. I'm not a huge reader but I've read that twice already.

That sounds like a intreresting book Sarah do you think the public libary carries that book?I know if I try to go to the book store they might charge a arm and a leg!

Sometimes I'm signed in and it doesn't know that I am me...so I have to sign out and sign back in again. Does anyone else have this problem?

Just refresh the page within 5 minutes and keep yourself active in the forums (You will be able to see logged in at the top left hand side below the logo).

Otherwise, it might be a problem with internet disconnection. :(

Well I know now that under the quick reply form that if it has a space to write your name then you are not logged in. Also I have found if I leave the index page active and travel the forums on a seperate page that I never get logged out. Thanks for your help though! :wink:

I have 2 good books...The Color of Water and Freakanomics! Two different types of books but good all the same.
