Welcome to the forums. You can explain the present situation to the consultant who will be appointed in your program. He will try to work it out in the best possible way and accordingly negotiate with your creditors.
You might have to consider the fact that on the large debt that you have, you have to increase the amount of your monthly payment so that the program takes a shorter time to get over. Otherwise, it will take longer time span and also you might be losing extra amount of money as interests.
