is it legal for a payday loan company not to accept outside payments? I am working with a debt management company and they said that every payment that they send to the creditor is returned to them. I don't get it. They want thier money back - they are getting it back. Slowly, yes, but why would they return a payment?

Usually the debt consolidation company speaks with each of your creditors to find out, first, if they're willing to work with the program. I would have them contact the payday loan company that keeps returning the payments. Perhaps you're sending it to the wrong address.
