annoying calls from the number 866-478-0326

Does anyone know who 866-478-0326 is? They keep calling my house and whenever my wife answers no one is there? This has happened several times. I am considering taking this issue to law enforcement agencies. Any suggestions?

Keeping yourself in the stronger side, record the phone calls and inform them that you wish to present it to your lawyer. Also, send a cease and desist letter to the company so that you can put a stop to these calls in legal terms.
