Welcome to the forums. RoadsidePal is a roadside assistants program. This is usually offered through some other company that you are doing a financial transaction though. Currently, it appears that CashToday Ltd, is the one who is doing this. Perhaps somewhere in fine print it stated this.

RoadsidePal's phone number is 866-898-2437. More than likely, if they are the ones who debited your account, you'll have to call them to cancel.
Roadsidepal also has a website you can check out @ roadsidepal.com

Have you visited any of their sites in the recent times and submitted your personal information over there. If so, they might be hitting your checking account sooner. Scan your bank accounts at regular intervals.

Hi Linda
Welcome to the debt consolidation care forums.
It seems that you are mistaken in identifying Roadside Pal Company in this forum.
Please contact the actual company and place your cancellation request to their customer care cell.

Imagine yourself at home, asleep in bed and someone sneaks in one night every month and steals $15.40. You didn't invite him in nor does he do anything for you. Got the picture in your head? That's how I feel the whole thing. I don't even know who, what, where, when or how I got signed up. Thank SBC for watching out for your customers. NOT!

Gee, that really stinks. Have you contacted your telephone company about removing the charges and not allowing any future charges to your phone bill (other than the usual long distance calls and regular phone bill stuff)? They might be able to add a block of some type to your account.
IMO, any company that is sneaky enough to add the charges to your phone bill, isn't terribly interested in refunding your money.
