I am receiving a call from the number 904-962-1498

Has the caller identified himself over the phone? I feel that you should have a talk with him and know the reason for placing the call.

I have not been able to find any specific info on this particular number, but I am looking for it.

If you hear a voice, use a recording device and start recording the conversation. Tell him that the call is being recorded if it sounds some kind of harassment.

I got a call from this number back before thanksgiving and I see now this is EC&A. They threatened to have me charged with fraud for getting payday loans online and getting my job involved since they "traced the IP" address to my employer. They advised me to wire $1400 to Interstate Wire Compliance Bureau in Cheyenne Wymoming by 3pm that day (keep in mind it was already 12) if not I would be arrested. I never wired the money and they haven't called again. I looked this # up on the internet and it is a cell phone in Jacksonville Florida (same place EC&A is housed)

Have a look on other posts of consumers on Interstate Wire Compliance Bureau. Do not wire any money to them. Write a DV letter giving it the legal importance.
