Does anyone know who the phone number 877-606-6800 belong to? They left a message to call back and when I do I get left on hold and the entry message doesn't say who they are.

This company is called ER Solutions. They have over 100 different clients that they represent. Chances are they represent payday loan companies. The gentlemen I spoke with was extremely pleasant, but without any additional information he was unable to provide me with who he collected for, which is understandable.

After checking with the BBB, one of the ER Solutions listed stated they were not aware if the company had a license to collect. Once you find out who they represent, you can ask for validation.

Regards-
Mike

I received a call from this number and they claimed I had an outstanding bill that needed to be paid. They asked for my credit/debit card number and bank account number (both of which I did NOT give them) and when I asked if they had email, they said they did not. However, they do have a website but I was on the road and was unable to write it down.

After looking into this bill the company that it was set up under says it was set up by someone else using my SSN. They told me they were unfamiliar with ERS, however I'm talking to a different person now and they referred to them as ER Solutions. So they must be familiar because I did not mention "solutions." I'm actually on hold right now trying to get this squared away. If anyone else knows anything about this any help would be appreciated ... I suspect that my information was stolen somehow. :(
