no copy of contract

Had a payday loan place (Zipcash) call and want to debit my new bank account $345 for an original loan of $200. Payment was due 12/9. They are willing to take it in three payments. I asked if I could send MO. They said in the contract I signed they will only debit my bank account. I believe in the contract it said I could send a MO. I've looked and looked at my email and I have no copy of the contract! I never signed any ACH authorization and they want me to sign one with my new bank info and fax it back. I know I never faxed anything to them. I have not given them my new bank info yet. Can they force you to have them debit your account? These places that will only accept debit from your bank or Western Union or Moneygram send up a red flag to me. Is this standard practice or just blow?
By the way, am working with Town and Country and they told me not to make any payment arrangements on my own, that they will do it.

Scooter, Are you including this account in the program? If so
Scooter,
Are you including this account in the program? If so, just inform your lenders that your consolidators will be getting in touch shortly and will make the payment arrangements.
Don't make any arrangement on your own if you have included this account in the program. Otherwise, there will be differences in the negotiations due to the involvement of both of you.
