There is alot of information on this site to help you, calling the number posted in the blue box to the left of your screen with get you in contact with someone who will give you a free consultation.
First you must get all your debts together and send them a list of you creditors and account numbers, addresses etc.
They will let you know what you need to pay them each month, that they will inturn send to your creditors. When you agree to an amount, they will contact your creditors with a proposal, which may take a little time for them to agree to.They will start sending them payments on your behalf, and they say it usually takes about 3 payments for them to stop the calls and collections.Once they pay one creditor off the money extra money is added to the other creditors that are not paid off yet, that way you will be debt free sooner. You just pay them one amount each month and they send out the payments. Some charge a small fee which is added into your payment.
Alot of creditors work better with the consolidation people, and even take away late fee, overlimit fees and lower the interest rate.
I hope this helps :)
