Hello,
I am looking for any information on a pay day loan company FTR Processing, a phone number and/or address would be great.

Thanks so Much

A customer fills out an application on the website. After entering all their personal information, the website will request an e-signature on a loan note and authorization agreement. The IPO address where the application is coming from is recorded. The customers is then given a choice to print out the documents they just signed. Once you put your e-signature on the loan note and authorization, you have accepted the loan. Once we receive the application you submitted, FTR just verifies the information you have submitted. If that application passes our verification process, it is approved. An approval e-mail containing your terms and conditions is sent. Unless you want a loan, I strongly advise not to complete a loan application. Now FTR has been honest and forward with this website. We have responded to all your questions. FTR is a business, so because of that we have thousands of customers who deserve our full attention, so if you have a loan with us and need to contact us please call 1-866-230-7824.

Once again we do not lend in states that were prohibited from. FTR is an on-line loan compan that is incorporated in Nevada, which is a non usuries state.

Also, when customers e-sign the loan agreement the contract specifically states the choice of law. Choice of law is outside a customer's state of jurisdiction.

The loan is under the laws of the consumers state. This is also a federal law. KYSIDE38

READ the application and contract signed! Federal law does not regulate private loans! A customer agrees when they sign our loan note to choice of law. If you are applying from a state that we don't lend to, and put false information, that is internet fraud and "foul" after the fact , which is a violation of state laws.

How the heck are the consumers supposed to know if you are licensed in their state? Do you all disclose that one. Think not. KYSIDE38

The ONLY legitimate online pdl I have come across that follows the individual's state laws is CashNetUsa. They display the state's license in which you are located and they FOLLOW individual laws. And they also post state's in which they do NOT loan, which is each state that pdls are prohibited. In fact, their interest charge is lower than what my state allows for, and I have never had a problem with them.

Now I've replied to web site with answers to all questions, but if you response is going to be childish remarks I will no longer respond back. I try to inform customers to FTR policies and procedures, not to be mocked. Under Article 1 of the constitution, "the commerce clause" federal law relinquishes private loans and interest rates! So unless you have a valid question, I'll not respond to immature remarks.

Great, I can only speak for FTR polices and procedures. What another loan company does is not my concern. My concern rest with FTR customers, and our customers concerns. If you do not want a loan with FTR, DO NOT APPLY! FTR has thousand's of satisfied customers, and does not want nor need to force our loans on anyone!

Mr. Manager, I suggest if you dont like the immature remarks that we make to follow the law. Then Leave... No one is going to side with you here. These companies prey on individuals that lack credit and are in dire need. Does that give them the right to charge 500 plus percent NO!!!! FOLLOW THE LAW!!!!! KYSIDE38

First of all, that's is the kind of remark I would expect. How does FTR prey on individuals? Individuals apply for the loan, cause an individual is in dire need, it gives them the right to deceive and steal! Yes, steal because when you take a loan and don't pay nothing back, that's what your doing! FTR has no way of getting individuals personal information unless individuals supply it. Why don't I ever hear a individual complaining when they are getting the money? Are you not a mature adult who can make decisive decisions? If so, then how were you forced or coerced into the loan? I don't think so, you mentioned something about taking sides,FTR is a business not a schoolyard! If your a customer and have a complaint, please contact us at 1-866-230-7825.

You should really understand the law before moderating this website! Indivdual's are looking for correct information, and by not understanding the law, your supplying false information.

I know my state laws. And so does my Attorney General. Thats why to date he has 18 of these so called companies that are giving refunds. Yes refunds to consumers who were ripped off.

All you moderators were calling for FTR to answer your questions, why don't you follow your own advice and answer FTR's questions.I think because you have been confronted and ran out of excuses!

First, don't manipulate my words. I stated, FTR follows the laws. I never stated that filing a report with you AG is false information. A individual is able to file a report with whoever they want. As far as FTR goes, we follow the laws were governed by, and adhear to the contract signed by our customers. Jedi you can apply at one of our many websites. Mycashcentral.com is one if you would like to apply. Please be careful when applying, and accidently accept the loan.

Great. Going....

So clearly, on that website, the customer that applies for a loan must fill out their personal information, including their mailing address and their social security number.

So I assume, then, that you cross check the social security number against the mailing address to verify that the customer does not live in a state your company cannot loan to, correct?

Also, since you are not the loan company, you do not forward on applications that go against the federal law where PDLs are illegal, correct?

Steel, you are more than welcome to contact your AG. First, please don't manipulate my words. I never stated by filing a report with you AG that its false. I have stated many times that FTR follows that laws we are governed by, and adhears to the contract an individual signs. As the website, is only look to attack FTR's business and not supply customers with information to keep them for financial trouble, which is what this website was created for, I thought! If you have a loan with FTR, please contact us at 1-866-230-7824, and talk to us before following some of the information provided here.

I do believe that this site does a wonderful job with helping others with debt related issues and how to deal with illegal collection activites, as well as bankruptcy, identity theft, and other issues. I don't have a loan with you, you are not licensed to loan in my state so if you follow the law I am hoping you don't loan in my state.

FTR Manager, I am going to call because you have broken your own contract. Your own contract says that after you supply the loan, you will then withdraw from the borrower that same amount in two weeks (something like that).
I had direct deposits from my work and you could have easily taken the money out, but instead you started this slow process of taking out $90 dollars every couple weeks insidiously. Because you did not do as the contract states, you have caused me many problems the extent of which I am just now realizing.
Since you breeched your contract, I expect resolution on your part. Reply here but I will call you.

I no longer work for FTR. I stand bi what I said in my ealier post but the company became miserable to work for after this forum started getting attention from our supervisor. He has acused many of us of being posting on here against him. I will say that I have worked for one other pay day copmany and ftr did a better job of following the laws then the other company did. It just was not a good work environment,

I took out a loan with FTR and had trouble with repayment. I called FTR to notify them and ask what other options I may have and he stated none. I have been trying to work things out with my bank. I received a phone call today from a horrible person indicating they represent FTR and they began making accusations and threats to me. I can repay the loan, but not in one huge installment. I cannot deal with these people becuase they are horrible and won't listen. Please tell me how to contact FTR and work out repaying my loan to them in a timely manner. I have called them numerous times, but am unable to get a returned phone call. Sherry, please provide suggestions.

Well - a person with the nick of FTR Mgr came here and gave a contact number of 1-866-230-7824 to call about your account.

Then again, I asked a couple questions and have been completely ignored by him, so I can't guarantee that things will work out for you.

I guess when I ask questions that question their activities, they hide.
