I think you must call Mr. Bell and ask the reason of the call. This number is unknown to me and their no online information available.

I got the same message, too on today about a credit card which is funny because I don't have any credit cards. My husband and I deal in cash or check only. Did they tell you that they were going to pursue legal action.

Someone called and changed named James Bell and a lawsuit and I too only deal with checks or cash. When I tried to call abck to rip him a new one it goes right into a voicemail.
