One or two out of the four places has tried calling me but I have missed their calls so I don't know what they are going to say. Needless to say at this point I haven't returned the phone calls. Any ideas? Thanks for any input you may have. :D

Ok, so actually one of them called and I answered. The woman I initially spoke to a few days ago did not spread the message around or write it in my file so I just gave them the info again. They were nice about it.
You should send a letter to the company and express your concern
You should send a letter to the company and express your concern. This will cover your side and you will have a documented proof. Be sure to send it through certified mail.
I contacted my creditors to let them know my account was closed
I contacted my creditors to let them know my account was closed and that the account was placed with a debt consolidation company. The ones that I've sent via certified mail, I haven't had any problems with.
