800-597-0089 I did a search and could not find anything so this is why I am asking for help. I just would like to know who I am dealing with before I call them back. They also haven't left a message. I have only however received one phone call with no message. Thank you

I also didn't get any online results for the mentioned number.

Okay, now they have called twice on my home phone and once on my cell within 90 minutes. I know they are ERC but still unable to find something on them online. What also is weird is how they got my cell phone number. Any information would be helpful. Thank you

I will suggest you to call the number back and request for the reason of the call. It might be possible that they are calling you for some of your past debt. If you do not attend their call, situation might go against you.

Some states allow recording of the debt collection phone calls. Check the laws in your state and record it for legal actions. Let me know in which state you are living. I will tell you if recording of the phone call is permissible in your state or not.
