KiJolie, you have used the company's money in credit. So, it becomes your liability to pay them back.
If you don't pay them back in time, they are in charge of legal actions against you. But they won't do so, if you do a serious negotiation with them and assure that you will be now paying the debt regularly.
They are perhaps not making any payment arrangements with you because they have understood that you don't have money to pay them back. That is the reason they are imposing legal actions.
Now, your only concern should be to pay them back by arranging money from any other sources. Do you have someone from whom you can borrow money? It might help for the time being.
Your other option is to take some professional advice. Although I am not sure if this will ensure positive results, but you can definitely discuss the problem with a debt consultant. He will negotiate a payment plan with your lenders so that legal actions are avoided. If a payment plan is set for you, do not miss the payments in anyway. It might take a serious turn and the lenders will lose all faith in you. If you continue to pay through the program, you will get the benefits of a reduced balance eliminating the financial charges and other late fees.

Ohh i definately know I have to pay it back... I'd just had some hard times and fell behind trying to pay off other cards, and student loans... I just hope it's not too late... they seem to already be taking the legal actions... I don't know what to do, or who to talk to, the person that called me said there were no more options for me, but to go to court. I can't have that happen.
Don't let the matter reach the court. Try to resolve the matter
Don't let the matter reach the court. Try to resolve the matter in between. I know some lenders don't take legal actions against anyone because of the court costs involved in it. Moreover, they will not stretch the matter if it's for a short amount.
You know that you are losing time and not able to arrange a payment plan with them. So, in this situation I must suggest you to look towards some professional help. The lenders might be considering you as a threat as long as their finance is struck. Take a consultation in this website from the experts. They offer this discussion absolutely free. I can assume that it will be very helpful to you in this situation and solve your problems.
