Hello
John gave me a number for Premier, but it is a fax #. Does anyone have the # where I could talk to a human?

Guess what...I got another email from Premier stating that this loan is considered paid in full with no further obligation! The funny part is though, they must have mentioned how they had not done anything wrong 3 or 4 times! Seems kinda funny...you make the loan a zero balance after reieving a debt validation letter.

Sophia, talk to your bank regarding this problem. They will perhaps allow you to close your checking account. This will help you to stop Bahamas from taking out money from your account.

They might also place a dispute with the company on each of the debits made by them. If they fail to verify the items disputed, you are likely to get your money back.

Well, I should think so. Usually, the banks have all the business details of the companies that debit money from the consumer accounts. Log files of each and every business enterprise must be maintained with the banks.

You can also contact CRA and Teletrack for inquiring the address of Bahamas Marketing. I am assuming that you will get the address details surely from any of the sources.

John, Thank you, but those sources don't come up with Bahamas marketing, does anyone else out there have any dealings with these people?
