You are not the one facing this problem. Lots of people come to this forum and complaint against them. Rio Resources, LLC is a payday loan company.

IMHO, contact your bank to see what they recommend to stop these unauthorized debits. Also enquire if you can get it back or not. Hope your bank would be able to show you some light. Please inform us if you have any new information on them.

It seems that Rio has debited your account. Lots of people have posted similar story here in this board. Please go through this forum to know how to handle this trouble.

Rio Resources, LLC is a payday/cash advance loan company. Have you ever signed any contract with them? If you did, then ask them to cancel the agreement and stop hitting your account.

ive gotten a payday loan from tendollarpaydayloan if you google the name. they make their deposits and debits through the name rio resources

A lot of payday loans (online) have several names or affiliates they use. I think they do it to avoid the law.
