Four more payday loans GONE for good...

Yesterday I paid off Cashnet500, so that's 5 out of 7 gone.

Unfortunately (Well, kinda fortunately) my tax return got offset $400 to pay off my student loan. So at least that's one more debt gone.

Once I get to work, I'm going to contact the 4 that came off today, and try to get documentation. I'm also going to call my bank and try to block any debits from these companies. Next paycheck, I'm going to get rid of the last 2 loans. I'm bonusing this pay period since my store hit budget, so I'll just use my bonus money which is more than enough to pay these off, and I'll still have my whole regular pay to take care of my "real" bills!

Yay!

Congratulations! It feels good to know that you've done your part in starting to clear up your credit. Knowing that those payday loans are paid is something really to smile about. Eventually, over time, you'll be in the all clear zone, and be able to finally not worry. Protecting your credit is something everyone should do. It's very important, not just now, but in the long run too.

Regards-
Mike

OH GREAT JOB JD!!!!!!!!!!
Congradulations and way to go!!!!
I know you feel like a million bucks about right now!!! Isn't that feeling better than anything you could go buy or charge??? Funny, I've heard people that were heavy and had lost alot of weight say, theres no taste of food that matches up to the feeling of being thin. And I think thats how it goes when you're in debt too---theres nothing you can buy or charge (you know--that high you get when you're doing it), that feels the same as being debt free.
Although I know you had a lot of payday loans, its still the feeling of relief getting those off your back. I think those loans are worse than just regular loans that you default on. They seem to cause a lot more problems! Shirley

Yeah, a regular loan they'll send you a letter, some late fees, you pay them, and move on...

These payday loans you feel like you're going to have a hitman after you...lol

Just 2 more to go, and they're the smaller of the group, and I'll be out of that water. Then to work on my other debts and I'll be set! :) I'll still have work to do, of course, but Once everyone's paid, it can only go up from there, right? :)
