Bank Negligence

A 6 month CD renewed automatically was sent without due notice to abandoned property.The bank argues that they sent a notice via registered mail TO A P.O. BOX that before belonged to the original bank. Because of this I have lost interest for more than three years , I`m going to lose more by the process to rescue my money and for a lot of expenses in phone calls, faxes and register mail.The bank says they lost my original contract and try to make me sign a new one in order to not kidnap my checking account. I do not live and never have lived in the US. Do I have a case?. And if so, what kind of lawyer can I contact in order to get advise to solve this problem.
