Also add one paragraph in the DV stating that you will prefer correspondences only. Mention the fact that you are not available at your office. They should honor your request. If they don't, you can report against them with FTC, BBB and AG's office.

I can tell you though the longer you hold off with these guys the cheaper the debt will get. I just called them again today and they promised a paid in full letter and my account is showing paid in full. I want something to send to the credit reporting agency.

When an account is rehabbed, there maybe a delay been the actual date of funding and when the account is closed and returned.
